Who are we?

Elaine McParland

Elaine McParland
Professional Extension Technician

Elaine McParland, the founder of Up to My Eyes, had numerous bad experiences with eyelash extensions, ranging from stinging eyes; toxic-smelling glue; uncomfortable application techniques; stiff pin-like lashes that got caught between the eyelid crease, causing a pricking sensation; and short-life lashes. She had just about given up on ever having dreamy, luscious lashes...

Then, on an eye-opening world-trip, she discovered that it wasn't meant to be like that. She trained with the industry-best in Sydney, Australia, and - on her return - sourced the most up-to-the-minute eyelashes and glues from the world's leading providers and manufacturers. Following the proverbial paper work and establishing her Greystones-based salon, Up to My Eyes was well and truly born!

Why choose us?
Don't just trust your eyes to any Eyelash Extension Specialist - here's why:
  • When PROPERLY applied, you can't feel any difference after your eyelash extension procedure. It should feel completely weightless. Lashes should look full yet individually separated with no clumps. They should be placed correctly, individually and artistically.

  • When IMPROPERLY applied, your lashes feel heavy and uncomfortable as if you were wearing at home glue-on lashes. There should be no mascara-like clumps, multiple criss-crossed lashes together or gaps.
